If you love the TINGLE and SPICE of Sichuan cuisine, then you will LOVE our 999 rub! We start with a flavorful blend of Sichuan peppercorn and powerful spices and then take it to the next level with lactic fermented Texas peach powder and lactic peach infused salt. We proudly use peaches from Winona orchards and a strong dose of Sichuan peppercorn for that classic tingle on the tongue backed up by an impressive amount of umami. 


In order to extend the life of this seasoning and keep it free flowing, we have added a small amount of Non-GMO Corn Starch to the recipe. 


Use this amazing rub on ANY protein or vegetable and enjoy the incredible flavor. Great for  sauces, marinades, and dressings.


All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches. Some variation may occur.
