This isn’t a traditional bbq rub! Inspired by our Fire Water process, we start with red wine soaked salt & pepper, then toss it with herbs, lemon, spices, & fresh dill from Vermillion Farms. This bold blend will tame any protien from scallops to venison and bring fierce flavor to vegetables. This is our new favorite blend!
All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches some variation may occur.
