Because you demanded it, we finally made something F***in' hot! Our Buffalo Sunrise Rub is designed for Hot Wings, but we know you chile heads won't stop there. You'll want this incredibly flavorful, spicy rub on everything! We start with a very special Cayenne, this one clocks in at 90K Scoville units, then we back it up with fermented sweet chiles, tequila infused ancho and local hot chiles from Timber Country & World Hunger Relief. If that wasn't enough, orange peel and garlic deepen the flavor alongside our sunrise salt infused with tequila, orange and cayenne.
All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches. Some variation may occur.
