Hatch Chile seasononly comes once a year, so you have to strike while the iron is hot! For our third edition of this limited seasoning, we decided to make a mesquite smoked rub packed with Hatch Chiles, Fermented TX Peaches and Fermented Peach Infused Salt. This perfect blend of heat, smoke, and fruit is a match for any protein or veggie.

All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches some variation may occur. 

  • fermented peach salt (lactic peach brine (peaches, salt), salt, fermented peach sugar (turbinado sugar, lactic peach powder (peaches, salt), non-gmo corn starch), smoked new mexico chile (new mexico chile, natural smoke flavors), black pepper, hatch green chile powder, cumin, dehydrated veggie mix [carrot, onion, celery, 
    tomato, red bell pepper, green bell pepper], oregano 

  • Large Glass Jar (6.00oz/170g)

    All jars are filled by weight, not volume. Spices may settle.
