We smoke and grind our own paprika for this amazing blend. Most paprika is oak smoked; we use apple wood for a more delicate, sweet smoke flavor. The paprika is then ground with a select blend of herbs and spices to create a beautiful medley that is not overly spicy. (And it is SALT FREE!)
