We set out to create the perfect rib rub, and created something that is so much more. It all starts with hickory smoked oats, chiles, spices, and organic dark roast coffee. We grind it down and blend it with our coffee and mushroom infused salt for a dark, bold flavor that is totally unique. It truly shines on pork ribs, but it’s cowboy crust is welcome on a great steak, burgers, or chicken thighs. With it’s malty, smoky flavor, THE O.C. delivers every time.

This rub has got it all. It's Funky, Smoky, Spicy & Sweet! Jalapenos are one of our favorite chiles so we dried some, fermented the rest, and mixed it with Chipotle to make a fiery rub that is triple the trouble!
 
All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches some variation may occur. All seasonings are filled by weight, not volume. Spices may settle.
