This rub will cure your blues! We smoked lactic blueberries with pecan and cherry wood, then mixed that with black pepper, spices, and blueberry infused salt. One of our most deep and flavorful rubs, You will find this one is a real crowd pleaser. fermented berries provide a light floral perfume & a rich umami that pairs perfectly w/ hints of tart berry, nutty smoke, & sweet onion. 
 
All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches some variation may occur.
