Almond & Mozz Stuffed Shrooms

FOOTBALL IS BACK! So this month our recipes are going to focus on Gameday Snacks. This week's recipe: Almond and Mozz Stuffed Shrooms. We know what you are thinking... "that's too fancy!" Trust us, you set these out and they will disappear fast. The almonds give the mushrooms a crunchy texture and they are packed with flavor. You can also serve these as a side for dinner time, or scale it up to main by using full size portabellas.

  • 1 lb of Baby Bella or White Button Shrooms

  • 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded

  • 1/2 cup Shaved Almonds

  • In a bowl mix the cheese, almonds, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of water, 1 teaspoon of Seven Sisters, and a 1/2 teaspoon Star Child.

  • Place onto serving plate and garnish with more parsley.

  • Try these drizzled with warm BBQ sauce or your favorite hot sauce for an added touch!
