Bad Wolf Salmon
We have been loving our new air fryer, and this recipe couldn't be easier! If you have been loving our Bad Wolf Rub, you are gonna love this one. So simple and so tasty. The zesty flavor of this rub is a perfect match for fish! If you don't have an air fryer, the oven will do fine, but we love what the air fryer does to the outside of fatty fish like salmon. That crispy, flavorful crust will leave you begging for more.

What To Do
Set the air fryer to 425F and let it preheat.
Dust the salmon generously on all sides with the Bad Wolf.
Cook in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, depending on how rare you like your salmon. for a 1 inch thick filet, we usually do about 12 minutes, which for us is juicy and tender.
Cut into large slices and serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon.
Try this one with steamed veggies, on a salad, or in a bowl of quinoa!
