Beet-B-Q Brown Butter
Looking for a way to spice up your mid-week vegetables, look no further. This is a 5 minute recipe with endless possibilities.
Sauce, Quick & Easy, Gluten Free
What You Need
1 stick of Unsalted Butter (easily make vegan by substituting Olive Oil or Unsalted Vegan Butter!)
1 Tbls Beet-B-Q
Grilled or Roasted Veggies
What To Do
Lightly brown butter in a small sauce pan (usually only takes 2-3 minutes).
Quickly whisk in 1 Tbls Beet-B-Q.
Grill or Roast your favorite veggies until tender. (Try with corn, zucchini, okra, or sweet chiles!)
Either toss your veggies or drizzle with the Beet-B-Q Brown Butter (or Beet-B-Q BB!).
For garnish, use your imagination & try something different on each vegetable. Try chopped herbs, seeds, a citrus wedge or a sprinkle of spice!
