Red Dirt Remoulade

The light smoky quality of Red Dirt blends perfectly into this classic sauce!

Red Dirt, Somersault, Taproot

Sauce, Dip, Tapas, Quick & Easy, Gluten Free, Vegan

What You Need

  • 1/2 cup Mayo⁠ (or Vegan Mayo)

  • 1 Tbls Dijon⁠

  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice⁠

  • 1/2 Tbls minced Garlic⁠

  • 1 tsp chopped capers⁠

  • 1/2 Tbls Red Dirt⁠

  • 1/8 tsp Somersault⁠ (or Taproot)

  • 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar⁠

  • 1/2 tsp Horseradish⁠

  • 1/2 tsp chopped Chives or Scallions⁠

  • 1 Tbls chopped Parsley⁠

What To Do

  • Mix everything in a bowl until incorporated. ⁠

  • Serve with our Lion's Mane 'Crab' Cakes, Fried Shrimp or Haddock! Would be a delicious dipping sauce for Fried Pickles or Fried Mushrooms!

  • Will store in the fridge for about a week!
