What You Need
1/2 cup Mayo (or Vegan Mayo)
1 Tbls Dijon
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tbls minced Garlic
1 tsp chopped capers
1/2 Tbls Red Dirt
1/8 tsp Somersault (or Taproot)
1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Horseradish
1/2 tsp chopped Chives or Scallions
1 Tbls chopped Parsley
What To Do
Mix everything in a bowl until incorporated.
Serve with our Lion's Mane 'Crab' Cakes, Fried Shrimp or Haddock! Would be a delicious dipping sauce for Fried Pickles or Fried Mushrooms!
Will store in the fridge for about a week!
