Sandcastle Hummus
Once you make your hummus at home, you will never go back! This super easy recipe makes about a quart of hummus for all your dip and spread needs and it will stay good in the fridge for at least a week!

What You Need
1/2 cup Tahini
1 Tbls olive oil
2 garlic cloves (roasted, fresh or minced - follow your heart!)
2 cans of chickpeas, drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
About 1/2 cup water
1 Tbls apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Star Child
1/2 tsp Seven Sisters
Garnish with fresh herbs, toasted nuts or seeds, olive oil or Gabagool
What To Do
Use a blender to puree the tahini, garlic, lemon, vinegar, and spices.
Add the chickpeas and blend.
Add water as needed to loosen the hummus until the texture is smooth.
Add additional spice or salt to taste!
Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with olive oil and Gabagool. For a special touch try some minced herbs on top!
