Spinach & Artichoke Dip

During the summer we like to enjoy cold dips, and our Spinach & Artichoke Dip is a family favorite. Takes about 20 minutes to make and should be served with a good crusty bread.

What You Need

  • Mountain Joy (or Tuscan Blend)

  • Four Thieves (or our Rosemary Garlic Salt)

  • Cracked Pepper⁠

  • 1/4 cup Mayo⁠

  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream⁠

  • 1 8oz Stick Cream Cheese⁠

  • 1/2 of a small Onion⁠

  • 1 clove of garlic⁠

  • 1 14oz can of Artichoke Hearts⁠

  • 1# bag of frozen Chopped Spinach⁠

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese⁠

  • Olive Oil⁠

What To Do

  • Dice your onion and garlic.

  • Add your olive oil, onion, and garlic to a small saute pan.

  • Saute on medium heat until onions are translucent, do not burn the garlic.

  • Strain your artichokes, then add them, the Spinach, and 1 Tablespoon of water to the pan.

  • Season with 1/2 Tablespoon of Mountain Joy, 1/4 tsp of Four Thieves, and a few cracks of fresh pepper.

  • When the veggies begin to steam add in your stick of cream cheese and fold everything until the cream cheese begins to loosen up.

  • Turn off the heat.

  • In a medium sized bowl mix together the mayo, sour cream, and parmesan.

  • Fold in your cooked ingredients until everything is incorporated.

  • Can be enjoyed immediately or cooled in the fridge for later.

  • Best served with crunchy bread or crackers!
