Texas Peach Salad

A surprising and delicious way to use those peak season peaches. Enjoy by its self as a tasty snack or as a refreshing summer side.

Somersault, Seven Sisters

Quick & Easy, Gluten Free, Vegan, Side Dish

What You Need

  • Fresh Peaches

  • Olive Oil

  • Balsamic

  • Fresh Basil

  • Sesame Seeds

  • Honey (or Maple Syrup to make it Vegan!)

What To Do

  • Cut Peaches into chunks.

  • Stir in a bowl with a drizzle of Olive Oil, Balsamic, Honey, small handful of Sesame Seeds, a few dashes of Seven Sisters, & a dash of Somersault.

  • Let rest for 10 minutes.

  • Stir & transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with a sprinkle of Sesame Seeds & a few leaves of Fresh Basil.

  • Enjoy!
