What You Need


  • 2 cups of Raw Pecans

  • Non-Stick Spray, or neutral Cooking Oil; for a low fat recipe use parchment paper

  • Somersault

What To Do

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F

  • Spray your baking sheet with Non-Stick Spray

  • Give the tray a few generous shakes of Somersault

  • Add the Pecans and spray or toss the nuts with Oil

  • Add a few more shakes of Somersault

  • Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 5 to 10 minutes, until hot and aromatic

  • Let cool before eating or storing in a sealed container

  • Enjoy!
