What You Need
2 sticks of Unsalted Butter
2 Tbls Mountain Joy (or Tuscan Blend)
1/2 tsp Somersault
Mixer with whisk attachment, or a food processor
What To Do
Melt the butter in a small sauce pan and add your Mountain Joy and Somersault.
Simmer and stir on low for about 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture onto a sheet pan or pyrex baking dish and cool in the fridge.
Once solid, scrape the butter into the mixer bowl and whisk on medium until the butter lightens in color. Scrape down the sides and repeat.
When all the butter is consistent, turn the mixer to high until the butter is almost white.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge; the butter should be good for about 2 or 3 weeks.
Spread on warm bread, sauté veggies, brush on grilled shrimp, the possibilities are endless!
