What You Need
2# of shrimp (you could substitute chicken, pork or fish - but I would let it marinade a little longer)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 Tbls rice wine vinegar
3 Tbls Wolfsong Blend
2 Tbls tamari or soy sauce
What To Do
Pre heat your oven to 450 F.
Peel the shrimp.
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, tamari, and Wolfsong.
Toss the shrimp in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Lightly brush or spray a sheet pan with oil, and pour the contents of the bowl onto the pan.
Arrange the shrimp into a single layer.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until shrimp are plump and juicy.
Serve with rice, salad, veggies, or noodles. Use your imagination!
