Wolfsong Shrimp

What You Need

  • 2# of shrimp⁠ (you could substitute chicken, pork or fish - but I would let it marinade a little longer)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil⁠

  • 1/2 Tbls rice wine vinegar⁠

  • 3 Tbls Wolfsong Blend⁠

  • 2 Tbls tamari or soy sauce⁠

What To Do

  • Pre heat your oven to 450 F.

  • Peel the shrimp.

  • In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, tamari, and Wolfsong.

  • Toss the shrimp in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.

  • Lightly brush or spray a sheet pan with oil, and pour the contents of the bowl onto the pan.

  • Arrange the shrimp into a single layer.

  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until shrimp are plump and juicy.

  • Serve with rice, salad, veggies, or noodles. Use your imagination! ⁠
